- Copy the ENV.CPX file into the folder that you keep your CPX files in and
- the ENV.INF to the root of your boot drive. The /AUTO program from older
- versions (ENV.PRG) is no longer needed) Reboot your machine.
- There is a list of the env vars complete with scroll bars/arrows and four
- buttons:
-
- Load - reloads the env.inf file in case you get into a mess.
- Save - saves the env.inf file
- Add - Brings up a dialogue into which you can enter a new env var.
- Exit - Exits from the CPX.
-
- Clicking on one of the env vars shown in the list brings up the same
- dialogue box as clicking on add except that that env var is already
- displayed ready for editing. You can edit the env vars directly as normal.
- This dialogue has three buttons:
-
- Delete - deletes the displayed variable
- Cancel - ignores any changes you have made
- Exit - Exits the dialogue and updates the env var.
